1. Data Controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Tekin Proje processes your personal data as the data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

When you contact Tekin Proje, complete website forms or use our consultancy services, we may process your name, phone number, email, province, district, neighbourhood, street and building details, building and individual-unit information, information you provide about urban renewal, requests and applications, and other information relating to communication and applications.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed on the legal grounds stated in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK to assess urban renewal and real estate development consultancy requests, contact you at your request, evaluate building and project information, conduct consultancy, manage offers and projects, improve service quality, meet legal obligations, record requests and communications, and conduct legal and commercial processes.

4. Methods of Collection

Personal data may be collected orally, in writing or electronically through website contact and application forms, phone, email, social media, face-to-face meetings and other communication methods.

5. Data Transfers

For the stated purposes and under KVKK conditions, data may be transferred to authorised public institutions, legally authorised persons and organisations, service partners and professional advisers, and, where necessary, project, engineering, architectural and technical service providers. Data is not used outside its purpose without a legal requirement or your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the period required by its purpose and the statutory retention periods. When that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.

7. Your Rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about processing, its purpose and proper use, and recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction under the statutory conditions, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to adverse results from exclusively automated analysis and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. Applications

You may submit a written application to Tekin Proje to exercise your KVKK rights. Applications are reviewed and concluded under the procedures and principles specified in KVKK and related legislation.
